  • Coached individual actors, usually in preparation for auditions
• Topics covered include script analysis, verse work, audition etiquette, and monologue study
2000-2001 Teacher/Director Shakespeare Camps (Marin Shakespeare Company, San Rafael, CA)
 

• Co-Directed multiple two-week Shakespeare Camps for 8-12 year old children.
• Consolidated 5 30-minute scripts, cast children, rehearsed and mounted productions.
• Taught theatre games focusing on improv, stage combat, following direction, and imagination.

1995-1996 Teaching Assistant, Basic Acting & Musical Theatre (University of California at Irvine, Irvine, CA)
 

• Taught undergraduate classes in Introductory Acting, which included presenting Stanislavsky and Cohen technique, improvisational exercises, and scene study.
• Taught laboratories of Musical Theatre Auditioning class, which included focusing on Professor’s classroom critiques, rehearsing students and preparing them to re-present material for the next class.
• Ran Musical Theatre Library which included advising students regarding musical theatre material ranging throughout the 20th Century
